As a member of the finance team, you will develop financial models, improve operational processes, and support the financial reporting process. The Finance team is a critical leader and thought partner to all business units throughout our company. The team performs analyses to support strategic decisions, lead monthly forecasting and long term planning, and drive operational improvements by tracking performance. This is a hybrid role that supports both the strategic finance and accounting functions.

What you will be doing.

  • Support the continuous development of the long term strategic plan, including translation of high-level strategic goals into financial projections supported by market data
  • Support the month-end close process and continue building an integrated Finance function
  • Preparation and continuous improvement of the Management Reporting Package, including the development of new analyses and metrics and financial reporting compliance
  • Drive company-wide financial forecasting process, including maintaining company operating model
  • Assist with and manage ad hoc and cross-functional strategic and operational projects
  • Partner with internal functional teams to understand KPI trends and forecast the impact of new product initiatives, new user intake, and market trends
  • Identify process improvements and design tools to increase efficiency
  • Prepare presentations for strategic initiatives, including investor materials, BOD decks, etc.

What you need to work here.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in financial and data analysis, preferably through a top-tier investment bank, management consulting firm, or corporate/operational finance group
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills and ability to consider the impact of strategic business decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate decision making processes across several teams and business units
  • Expert financial modeling (Excel) and scenario analysis skills; work with SQL a plus!
